Before the event
A good preparation is half the job. That is why we discuss in advance what you want to achieve with the images of the event. Then I can take that into account during the shoot.

Of course I would like to receive a briefing so that I have a clear of what will happen during the event. This way I always capture the important moments properly. Also think of branded items, sponsors or keynote speakers.

In addition, I always make sure that I am present earlier to explore the location and possibly discuss the final details.

During the event
To properly capture the atmosphere, it is important that the visitors of the event feel comfortable. That is why, as a photographer, I act inconspicuously and observe the space, the visitors and the programme. This way I know how to capture the best spontaneous moments with my camera. Do you need a few pictures immediately during an event? No problem!

 After the event
When the event is finished, you naturally would like to see all the photos and share them with your attendees, speakers and sponsors as soon as possible. Or use them in your newsletter, website or social media accounts.
