De Doelen is literally around the corner from my studio — a short walk through the centre of Rotterdam, right next to Centraal Station. I know this venue well, and that familiarity shows in the work.

Rotterdam is an international city by nature. The delegates who come to De Doelen reflect that — government officials, NGO leaders, corporate executives from across Europe and beyond. There’s always a sense that something meaningful is happening in the room, and that’s exactly what I’m there to capture.
